This Backpacker hostel started its operation in 2007 with an aim to provide premium location at an affordable pricing and has been doing so since.
We’re here to make your stay in Sydney as enjoyable as possible. We start that by having the best location in Sydney with everything at your doorstep! The hostel is situated on the main street of Sydney (George Street) and is only a three minute walk from central station. The new Light rail station is right infront of our door making it easier to navigate the city’s major hubs. We’re also only a stone throw away from hustle and bustle of Chinatown which has everything from retail shops and restaurants to bars and night clubs!
Sydney is a big city and can be overwhelming at the best of times and that’s why we have a dedicated team of receptionists that are here to help you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to find somewhere to go or just need someone to talk to, maybe you just need a hug? Whatever your needs, we have you covered!
We make sure at all times that all our facilities are well maintained and have very strict cleaning schedules that we make sure our staff to abide by. Our prices are competitive to hostels around us and we are always doing what we can to make your experience with us unique but most of all fun! Here are a few examples of how we are making that possible.
– We’ve changed our checkout time to 11 am. We are aware what those hangover mornings are like, especially after a few cups of that classy goon and although check in time is guaranteed from 2pm we always try our best to check you in as soon as you arrive regardless of what time it is!
– You get a private lockers in every dorm available for use, big enough for your backpack or suitcase! Universal plugs in every locker saves you having to buy an extremely overpriced one at a convenience store.
– There are two common rooms; level 2 common room is our TV room, where you can chill out with friends & have a movie night. We have another common room on level 7** which is also our games room, so fancy a game of pool or want to rack your brain cells with your mates over a game of checkers, or maybe board games are more for you, we have got it all covered.
– Our kitchen is in the basement which has another TV just to make sure you’re never bored. The kitchen has everything you need to inspire your inner chef!
Reception team works 24/7. this is all to benefit our guests. We make sure the building is secure at all times. We have key card access to all parts of the building and have CCTV running 24/7 just to make sure you feel as safe as possible and to assist you with any needs you may have throughout the night.

The Boring Stuff
Alright, alright. I know you don’t want to read the Terms & Conditions but we do have a few house rules and booking information before you decide to stay with us!
Our Dorm Rooms are best suited for Backpackers on WHV of 18-35 years of age. This is because we are primarily a backpacking hostel and encourage a social and friendly environment for international travelers!
If you are over or under the age restriction we ask that you book a private room & also remember anyone specifically under 18 needs an adult to be with them.
#squadgoals this one is for you! We will always try and keep groups together in the same room because we know how much of a drag it is being separated! BUT we can never guarantee that a group will be kept together in the same room. It depends on availability & random drop bear attacks.. You know, normal Aussie things!

Additional charges consist of a $10 key deposit, which is refunded back to you when you check out! Provided you check out on time and return the key that is.
Just for reference checking out also can mean vacating the premises, leaving, exiting & departing!
Last thing (I promise)! Everyone needs a valid photo ID to check in. Either a Passport or Drivers License We cannot accept Proof of age card on its own or expired IDs.
